| Funny that 3S owners say that Z's are hard to work on, when their cars are a PITA to work...My mechanic says that they are harder. Z's are more reliable than 3S...if you make the proper maintenance to your Z, it will last forever, but no matter how well you maintein your VR4, if you are of the ones that drive the car as it should, you'll be buying trannies very often...Just check the general or technical forums on 3si.org and you'll be amazed of how many "tranfer case" threads you see daily...Ray Pampena has been trying to fix that with no luck yet. In the performance department, we all know wish car is better (1/4 mile, road course, autoX, etc.)...You should test drive both cars and compare them...Let us know if you do that ;) Looks are very subjective, but most people likes the looks of the Z over any VR4 (1st or 2nd gen.)
